Simple Slow Cooker Buffalo Pulled Chicken Recipe – Crockpot

Ok, so this recipe is so easy…I almost feel funny posting the recipe.  BUT…I LIVE for anything that’s super simple – especially on days like today when I’ve done 1928379182731987 things already (moms, ya feel me?).  So when I made this recipe  and tried it…and, then hubby tried it and RAVED about it…I was THRILLED and soooo excited to share it with you!!!

And, to be super lazy, I used Slow Cooker Liners because…ain’t nobody got time to CLEAN UP after a long day! 😉   {{ PS- BPA Free }}

  • 24 oz chicken breast
  • 16 oz organic low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup frank's cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 TBS garlic minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp himalayan salt

  • 24 oz chicken breast

Instructions
  1. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and himalayan salt.
  2. Place in slow cooker.
  3. Top with chicken broth, cayenne pepper sauce, diced onion, and minced garlic.
  4. Cook covered on high for 2 hours or until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Recipe Notes

Serve on salad, with pasta, or in tacos.
